At the discretion of the Service Manager, a local rule may be established regarding the length of time all members of an RGI household can be absent from the unit.
It should be noted that a member of the household who is absent from the unit for medical reasons is NOT considered absent for the purpose of this policy.
At the discretion of the Service Manager, a household will cease to be eligible for rent-geared-to-income (RGI) assistance if all members of the household are absent from the unit for which the household receives RGI assistance for 90 or more cumulative days in a year; or 60 or more consecutive days.
