The DSSAB uses a specially designed appliance to filter all incoming e-mail for SPAM and potentially harmful attachments.
This system will send an e-mail with the subject of "Please Review Your E-mail Junk Box"... to the end-recipient once a day when new mail has been quarantined.
You will only get this
e-mail when NEW mail has been quarantined, and only the NEWLY quarantined e-mail will be displayed.

The system blocks thousands of definite SPAM messages a day - and when it isn't sure, it puts them in your Junk Box.
It is important that review the contents of your junk box on a regular basis. If you unjunk a message you will add that sender to your personal whitelist so they will not be 'junked' again. Mail in your junk box will be automatically deleted after 2 weeks.
